ESSO MFG JEREMYS CORNER

After absent-mindedly adding petrol to the tank of my diesel car, I was immediately cheered by friendly and helpful chap serving behind the counter. He helped me to contact the company to drain the fuel. He gave them address and directions. He sat me down to wait (there is table and chairs, coffee machine and hot food counter) and I was able to almost-relax over the newspaper until the help arrived.

While waiting I was able to observe how he treated clients - cheerfully acknowledging regulars, and with unfailing politeness to all.

Ended up quite cheerful ( in a philosophical sense) about the state of the world and universe in general.

Nice little service station, only a few parking places and not very many pumps, set back via a slip road from the A23 northbound

Great place to fill up,both yourself and your vehicle,friendly staff and good range of products in store,recommend to all.

Used this station 6/7 times over the last few months.
Staff are always happy and helpful
Toilets always clean
Also had a costa coffee machine.
Much better than pease portage services

We first called in here in lockdown , had a costa coffee and a bacon and egg roll, we have been coming back ever since . The staff are really friendly , the food is freshly prepared, the place is really clean, nothing is too much trouble, its clean and the shop well stocked, a blessing for Bolney that has no other shop. Recently I left my bag by the picnic bench outside , the amazing guys even tried to bring it to my house although I wasn't in , how amazing! Thank you guys for being so great and cheering up miserable days during lock down :)
