Terrible station we turned up and saw people stealing petrol and told staff inside and they didn't even look bothered or say thank you.
We decided get a meal deal, of a wrap, drink and snack and it says £3 but when i got to till he said £6 😡 but the wrap are clearly marked meal deal ... so i refused and walked away with nothing

My car alarm for low tyres was loud and I pulled in, my card was at home! These guys helped a lone women in distress by pumping my tyres. They are all heroes🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I called in today 02/11/22.
Pleasent staff, they sell everything, and such a clean and well presented establishment. Every credit to the owners.

Pumps and service OK, the toilets smelt so strongly of macerated urine that I was gagging.

Okish selection of food. Not very healthy or nutritional. Not too impressed with wants on offer.

The staff are more interested to close up than actually serve customers. Some days you turn up at 9pm and the shop is closed. 10pm the shop is closed. You go in there 15 minutes before 10PM and you get treated like a criminal whilst you're in the process of paying. There were able 4-5 staff members, but somehow can't allow me to just pay for 30 pounds worth of groceries and petrol, post 24 hours shift in the hospital. Just more interested in closing the shop than actually serving customers.

Rude staff demanding I pay first for fuel by pointing at some ridiculous flashing sign in the window. I needed to fill up my tank, so not knowing exactly how much fuel I needed to do this meant I had to go elsewhere.

Maybe somewhere that doesn't assume I'm a criminal because it's after 2200.
