I came here 27th February 2022 as needed to inflate my tyres.
I was having issues with the machine.
While I was filling my tyres, I waved at the man at the kiosk in the petrol station to come over and he did, he helped me fill all my tyres.
He went above and beyond to help me and with a smile on his face.
A Class customer service.

Great customer service when handling a power cut

Popped in early lunchtime - Lady in charge was brilliant - Plenty going on, trouble on forecourt, plenty of customers and a powercut - She handled us customers & staff brilliantly - Very calm, collective & professional - All the staff were a credit

On the whole I have no complaints and always receive good service but feel it would be helpful at really busy times, to either have a dedicated window to the forecourt for fuel payments or pay at the pumps. People get irritated when they have to queue with others who are doing their M&S shopping.

Wondering why the shutter is down and only the night service window is open at 2115 of an evening. You just lost a sale because I'm a browsing purchaser and you aren't facilitating that option. It's bad enough the petrol pumps are off, but if you are not allowing access to premises either, for casual purchases, how are you going to make any money. You're doors open usually til at least 2145 !!!!

Today I visit M&S coffee in Acle about 4pm petrol station BP
I was waiting for coffee about 15 min. And after the women behind the desk told me I need to queue I didn't know about it .
She saw me from the moment when I came in to the shop.
She was like ELSA ! Just would like to let you know ... this woman was not nice at all.

Good range in store, friendly staff, usually not too busy and very convenient.

This is my local BP so thought it was about time I recognised the good range of products available and friendly staff with a 5 star review.
