Staff are the worst ever. I went in and the chap was talking on his phone and served me without saying a word to me. Most if them hardly speak english. Avoid using it and drive 2 mins up the road to the tesco petrol station as its cheaper and the staff are 1000 times better!

V Power petrol is out of order more than one week. I asked when it will be available so I got an answer that just problem with handle, they are waiting for engineer... Just one line with this type of fuel and nobody cares...

The staff can be a little rude at times. Also quite often they have pumps out with no fuel

Worst customer service especially the night shift staff who lies about scanning your Shell card. With the new system the points supposed to be added straight away but with the poor and unreliable service you waste your visit. So please read your receipt before leaving the kiosk. Don’t expect from shell Headoffice to resolve your complaints because they are even worse.
This station doesn’t have even its station ID number which is mandatory when making complaint online.
Also most of the time you won’t find facilities like tissue and gloves bags at pump.
You can’t even find this station on Shell Station locator and thus not sure if you can use money off voucher in this location as ‘a participant station’.
Their 24 hours service is not advertised either on google map or any other website.

Went in and was overcharged and the man on the till overcharged me by £10 when I rang when I noticed the man didn’t understand a word I was trying to explain to him claimed that he had done nothing wrong and he doesn’t remember me even though I was the only member of the public to go in and had noticed within 5 minutes of me being there. Slammed the phone down on me and then when I rang back he persisted to get angrier and angrier with me.

Awful customer service, none of the staff understand you and they all look as bored as each other standing behind the till all day taking personal calls whilst serving customers.

Worse customer service - the staff member is found difficult to understand and the say it is policy for passengers not to fill the car up as they won’t know if engine turned off ! Said they don’t have to have a sign up to inform of that and just shut the petrol off so you can’t fill up any more than you had when they see you are a passenger said it’s policy and we are free to go elsewhere which we will

Monday 20th September

We dropped £200 in cash in the shell garage indoors at the till, we took it out the cash machine went into the shop paid for two bottles of wine on card, and drove straight home. Within 10 mins of us getting in we noticed the money was not in our pocket.
Went straight back to be told er no you weren't here.
Went back the next day to be told they will ask a manager to check the CCTV.
Now today they have said nope no on it.
Has refused to show us the clip.

100% the guy took it.
