thanks to the guy who was working last night- i ran out of petrol. My wife had to get some (this being 1am) - she had inadvertently forgot her card and left some security. They guy helped her fill up the canister as she hadn't a clue. Many thanks for going out of your way, appreciated. Mr Edwards

My daughter is 6 months pregnant and needed the toilet asked staff on till where the toilet was . And got told they where all blocked wouldn't even show her where it was . We had been driving for 4hrs and two an half hours since she last went the toilet. and she still wouldn't let her go . She really should be showing some customer care skills . This very rud member of staff was call Vanessa time was 03:45am. no where else was open at this time .Thanks to the lovely staff in the hotel next to the BP for kindle letting my daughter use there toilet .

To the lovely lady working 02/07/20 afternoon, a big thank you for your help and concern I couldn't stop coughing (not the covid i suffer with asthma) to the point i couldnt speak dropped my money on floor she quickly offered me water and helped to pick my money up i was so embarrassed but what a kind lovely lady I'm sorry I never got her name
