They've had my package now since 13th August. They haven't scanned it to generate a barcode for collection but keep telling me it's not arrived despite Royal Mail providing evidence it has been delivered. As it stands I cannot continue finishing a project until they find my package and scan to confirm it. I've been in twice to be told it's not there when it is.

Staff are very rude, every time I’ve been to drop off a parcel or collect one, they act like it’s incredibly inconvenient. This is the most local petrol station for me, but I’ll happily go out of my way for petrol now, just to not give them custom.

I've just tried to collect a parcel with the tracking information and they will not look for it as they say that they need an ebay bar code. The staff member is very rude and was also rude to the customer in front of me. Avoid this place at all costs and definitely do not have a parcel delivered here. This is the second occasion that I have had problem's here.
