TEXACO

This place just rebranded to Texaco in March 2019 prior to this it was an Esso petrol station. As far as I can tell the only thing that has changed is the signage. The interior of the shop is the same and so are the massive potholes on the entrance and exit for the forecourt.

Went to top up a flat tyre but the air machine swallowed our money and let the rest of the air out. Stuck on the forecourt with a completely FLAT TYRE with NO HELP from the petrol station cashier. He didn't know how to use the machine or who to contact, apparently we can talk to the manager on Monday. I will not be stepping a foot on this petrol station in the future.

Dont know his name but the employee working in the cashier is the most rude and unfriendly person i have ever seen. Didnt want to help at all on my questions on the bbq gas . Not sure how people are being employed with this attitude. Never going back even for a gum purchase.

Fantastic service today. Friendly man outside of shop who helped guide drivers safely into lanes for petrol. I didn’t get his name but kudos to him. Please be patient with the employees at this time, they’re all doing their best in a difficult situation and I’m sure that it is extremely stressful for them at the moment with everyone queuing for 30+ minutes.

Staff here are no help and miserable wouldn't answer my question about the tyre pressure machine. Fuel is expensive and forecourt is a mess. Bad location for a petrol station as its not easy to get out straight onto a busy roundabout. I will not use ever again will got to tesco and sainsbury were it is cheaper and I get tesco or nectre points and friendly staff. 🤔👎👎
