One of the pumps was VERY slow, and the pistol didn't stop so I spilled some fuel on the car and the ground. The manager wasn't interested at all, refused to accept a complain - said he is is NOT responsible for the station equipment. Very frustrating

Pump #7 was so slow and it did not stop when the tank was full. I told the cashier and he didn't care about it at all!!! Doesn't look like proper Shell service!!!

Avoid this Shell petrol station. They are ripping people off. The Shell station around the corner in St Mary's Lane is 12p a litre cheaper. I bought petrol there today and feel they are profiteering. £1.97 is excessive.

Worst ever person dealing in cash till and high prices of 159.9 when another shell was giving for 157.7. Avoid this

Worst petrol station around, prices all the time higher by around 5-7% than surrounding garages, a rip-off for amazing people in Upminster who do not deserve this!

All the stuff with bad attitude and the place dirty and pumps dirty always so I stopped using the place completely even if I'm so desperate I will NOT use this garage anymore
