Good atmosphere. Limited menu could do with some actual food instead of gasoline but for a free meal beggars can't be choosers. However as I was leaving after filling my belly with high octane race fuel the manager chased me down the road. Can't understand why. 5/5 for gas 4/5 for customer service.

The service here is terrible. I normally use shell but I will be avoiding this place from now on. The bays are way too small you can get stuck in here when it's busy. The guy behind the counter is rude not what I expect when I spend nearly £100 here every fornight. The vacuum is useless and after paying to use it, the cashier refused to refund me or assist, so I will be using other garages on my commute home, which there is plenty of choice.

Good! regularly fuel up here, never had any issues, everything works just the way it should and never been disappointed by the service or facilities.

absolutely disgraceful service wanted to buy lotto game sale assistant told me machine is not working but there was cilustomer before me buying it, i think it is because he is lazy to input numbers are wanted. why would you offer such a service if your team cannot cope with this service?. i came there to get the diesel and get lotto game otherwise i would have gone somewhere else. this happened just now on 27th of august at 16.27. why would you offer extra service if you cant comply?!!! disgraceful service.

BE VERY CAREFULL, THE PRICE ASVERTISED ON THE FORECOURT IS TYPICALLY MUCH HIGHER AT THE PUMP. YESTERDAY THE ADVERTISED PRICE FOR DIESEL WAS £184.9/L BUT AT THE PUMP I Was charged £197.9/l OUTRAGEOUS Practice

Very disappointed with the customer service at this garage.

First bad experience I had was when me and a friend wanted to buy something from the night counter at around 11:30pm. As we approached, the man working repeatedly told us to go away and aggressively shoo’d us away with his hands. It all happened very fast and we were left feeling really uncomfortable.

The second experience happened when we went to the garage around 12:30 and asked to use the toilet (which I think is meant to be 24 hrs). The same man as before rudely said no and gave no explanation.

The experience we’ve had with this employee has made us too uncomfortable to return.

Never coming back to this place ! Absolutely rude , unprofessional. The guy working at the counter doesn't know how to use the system properly. He's not trained I'm sure. I heard about shell hiring random people and paying cash in hand (he was probably one of those)!

I was a regular customer of shell and used of spend £80+ a week but no more in this store !!! This rude lad let me down. I tried to speak to the manager but I was told the manager wasn't there. I had to give up because of the queue of customer as this RUDE bald man was only person to serve other people !!!

AVOID this place !!!

It would help customers if the website showed clearly whether they had petrol or diesel for sale during these troubled times. The website shows comments like "less busy than usual" probably because there is no petrol for sale. Not very helpful.
