Been here only once, don't offer premium v-power brand of diesel despite advertising v-power fuels (plural) . Problem with supply on a regular basis on all fuels - don't pay their bills. Short changing on the till if you pay cash and staff pocketing change themselves without putting it through the till. Would I recommend this petrol station? NO

I've been using this petrol station for years, way before it became Shell. I've always been served by friendly cashiers.

Judging by some of these reviews, it makes me wonder whether you are actually referring to the Shell at Waitrose!!!

Ernie - Do not blame a garage for your ignorance at not filling up early. There is a local BP down the road (approx 1 mile), so I have no idea where you got 10 miles from!

Went to this petrol station. Opened fuel cap and picked up pump and realised I had forgotten my wallet so I put the pump back and left. 2 days later I got a knock on the door from the police saying I've stolen £20 worth of fuel

convenient for shell "fill up and go" yet lacks v power diesel and doesn't have gloves at every pump. usually shell garages have water filled buckets with a squeegee for cleaning your windscreen, yet these are missing here too. I've never seen the car wash open. the free air machine is good and the fuel prices are reasonable

The lady that answered was rude and very unhelpfull

There's a guy cashier there. Has the customer service skills of an ant.

I went there on 01/12/22 on the basis of the opening hours shown by Google and it was closed at 21:50 hours. Therefore the review by Judas Atheist of a year ago still applies.

Great petrol station, friendly and helpful staff, would recommend, these are the new opening times, google will not change for some reason
