It is a simple shell petrol station with free cash machine facility, in store shop with toilet and also a car washing station is with in the grounds as well, also can fill up your tyres with air if you need too.
The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because compared to other stations in the area it is often one of the more expensive stations around. Only 1-2p but it all adds up. Still a good station

Rude cashier. Please explain to your staff that this is not an offlicense shop. Its a petrol fuel station. If she dosent want to be there. Let her find another place to work.
Don't throw the moeny to your customer hand and also when i am asking her a question she dosen't need to get pissed because half of the things are not working after the refub of the petrol station. Before you to close i used you very often. I was making you only from thr fuel around £300 per week. Deff not steping again in this branch anymore. I will drive to Brooklands if i need from now on

They regularly overcharge for groceries - watch your receipts! It’s happened three times to me, sneaking in double
scanned items for wine, sandwiches and ice creams. I’m not saying they are necessarily dishonest, but it’s something to look out for.
I regularly check my receipts at this place now.

Carwash is rarely working, always being fixed or about to be fixed

useless place -you can't even wash the car on a Saturday evening

Sorry to hear the bad reviews and I have only found the staff polite and helpful. Be careful if you shop as (in the past) the bread was out of date (never bought food from there again). The filling station also has a good car wash but closes at 12pm on Sunday. I know why (residents/noise) but I think it is too early. Otherwise it is a decent place.

Such poor facilities for a relatively new petrol station!

Went there to use a car wash ages ago and was told it’s not been working in two years!
This morning I went to pump up my tyres - spent about 20mins with the machine playing up, deflating instead of pumping and sending mixed messages - finally went to ask for help just to be told IT’s NOT working and there is sign…there is NO sign! As I walked out another person was already at it, looking all confused 🤦🏽‍♀️ Wasted so much time, left with a very deflated tyre only to drive to Hampton and deal with it in seconds! Last time I used this station - which sadly is my closest one - what a shame!

Regular Shell. We had to stop to tank in the middle of panic buy, therebwas a long queue but Shell was the only ones that kept open.
