Sainsbury's Petrol Station

It's a great store but last night I got a flat tyre pulled into petrol station at Sainsburys Chafford hundred wanted to say 3 outstanding people Sue Rhea and Ben helped be made be a coffee stayed by me and Ben filled my tyre up with the foam to inflate it all before the RAC came whom was equally Brillienr excellent service thank you guys xxx

I use this petrol station regularly, the pumps are always in working order and the shop is quite well stocked as petrol stations shops go.

On the downside, the free air and water seems to be broken more often than it is working and the forcourt/filling area isn't very well kept, this once resulted in my slipping on a patch of diesel when dismounting my motor bike, no-one came out to help me when I was pinned under my bike but I eventually got out. At the time I didn't make a fuss but retrospectively I wish I had because I often see patches of diesel that no-one has made an attempt to clear up.

Love the staff here they're always friendly and helpful there is also a large car park with on-site car cleaners at the end...
They used to have a problem with emoty shelves of fruit but that is behind them now...
Prices also seen to be a lot more competitive

Good products apart from the obvious fuel. Problem with air machine being broken all the time so you can't bank on it being ok to use at any given time. Last week I went and it took air out of my tyres as the machine is faulty. Not great. Apart from that, it's all good. 🤗

£3 for an express carwash. Did the job and the kids loved going through there. Easy to use. You pay inside the petrol station at the kiosk and they give you a receipt with a code on that you type into a keypad before entering the machine. Was very quick and straightforward. Also topped up on diesel while there. Good prices.

If you are short on time and need to give you vehicle a quick safe wash, use the drive through one at the petrol station , not the hand car wash in the car park.
My taxi is normally cleaned 2/3 times a week at Sainsbury’s in the winter and once out just give it a quick rub and some excellent cleaner and always shining.

Amazing organisation. The staff on the forecourt were very professional. Made the queuing traffic wait in lane until a pump came free and then direct you to that pump. Excellent service. Sensible sainsbury's. Hats off to you.

Just like to say a Big Thank You, to the staff on duty at 9am this morning (26/09/21) What organization on keeping the main road clear of queing traffic for the Golden stuff which the MSM has made everyone replace for the Loo Roll. The way you made a one way system for fuel worked brilliantly 👍 Only queued for 5 mins...
