Tesco Petrol Station

Usual place we all visit. Easy reach travelling from west but located at junction so not big issue.

I went the petrol station before the kiosk was open and used one of the pay at pump, pumps, all went smoothly with the transaction. I had trouble pulling away because someone pulled around in front of me and blocked my exit, I had to reverse out to leave another way. Other than that it was easy to use.

I have done this already. It's my local branch. I shop there and buy petrol.

Very rude person serving at the till m, she was so stroppy I nearly lost it with her…
If that’s the way you’re going to treat customers have just put in £70 worth of fuel then I won’t be going back …

It's just a petrol station. But, I am going to change my previous review slightly. The "Car Wash" you do yourself with control of the machine is great. You do run the risk of getting soaked but that's half the fun. Minimum spend is £2, in coins and you need to quickly wash the car with the big soapy brush. If you're quick you can easily do the car in a minute to 90 seconds then you quickly change over to the water jet spray and power washoff the soap and do the wheels at the same time. Believe me it can be done in 2 minutes.
As for the petrol, you do all the work and give money to a cashier or pay at the pump. Hardly anything to enjoy.
They do have an air and water machine that is 50p to use and it's mostly in working order.
All in all its really good but the car wash gets busy. Expect a queue.

I’m a driving instructor so I fill up a couple of times a week. The idea of paying at the pump is a great one. It’s really convenient for me however, if there’s no till roll in the pump I can’t get a receipt. This makes the entire process pointless. I’ve mentioned this to the staff but they just look at you with a very distant, uninterested look on their faces. I guess it’s because it’s such a big organisation, they really DO NOT care one bit in regards to the customer. It’s a serious bad show!

I want to thank the staff at the petrol station. They were abused by a man today while I was there quite unjustifiably. I wanted to say thank you I couldn't thank them for the relief they gave me. Thank you so much for being there, most people appreciate it.

I was charged for petrol not provided. Machine stopped at £2 and ceased working. Couldn't obtain receipt as it printer was out of service. Customer service was most unhelpful so I am out of pocket and waisted whole day with customer service. Thank yoy Tesco.....every little help?.... Really doubt that
