Went in to drop off a Hermes parcel. My code would not scan and they refused to help me by scanning it manually which they had done earlier on that same week The assistant was abrupt he started shouting at me and I said why are you being so unhelpful which he did not like. I’ve been in there previously and the staff have been unhelpful and they have an attitude. They need to consider some customer service

the most disrespectful person i have ever met ! first time i went a worker was so beyond rude to my partners mum, the second time he was trying to argue with my friend who couldn’t pay all her petrol money on her card and asked to pay some cash and he tried to refuse. And finally my partner was asked for ID and he gave it and the worker was so rude for no reason !! definitely do not recommend!

Just plain ignorance, rudeness, unhelpful , disrespectful and clearly doesn’t enjoy the job even though been in it for about 20 years and absolutely no interest in helping any customers. He even closes early whenever he feels like it when you try to get petrol just waves his hand at you to shoo you away, it was 9:20 On a Sunday evening And they should close at 10Pm and kept shouting go away not my fault🤷. I’m sure jet would be better off having pay at the pump and completely losing the shop that is dirty and rotten, overpriced with most items close to Sell by date. As I customer would not want to spend more than a minute in that dirty rat infested looking place with a man that sits there doing nothing other than talking on his telephone for most of his shift or watching Bolliwood movies. Drive 100 m further and you have a Shell garage with extremely polite professional people. Just goes to show the interest of the company taking the building though last week they just replaced the Front door that since I went to secondary school always smashed you on the way out want people to realise what the kind of place it is before you step into it. ⛽️ 🤢🤦‍♂️🏃🚗🤢🥲

Cheapest in the area. Limited shop and limited other facilities. Good location on main road. Friendly staff.

So Rude!!! Went into the shop and my boyfriend was refused because he didn’t look like the person in his photo which is ridiculous. Then I went in and he then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t serve me past 8 which is not true at all. He was so ignorant and clearly does not enjoy his job I hope jet see this and invest in some new employees. I will not be going here again even for petrol.

The man who works in here is AWFUL. He is so rude, has an awful attitude and lies when you politely ask to drop off Hermes parcels. Twice now he has claimed that his scanner is not working. When I told him I was surprised that the scanner was broken again after only being broken last week, he rolled his eyes at me and scanned and took my parcels. When he does take them, he throws them onto the pile, so beware if you are sending breakables. Today, he eyeballed the fact that I had two large parcels and refused to take them as ‘it’s a bank holiday.’ There was absolutely no reason he couldn’t have taken them as proven by the polite man who owns the shop on Tolworth Park Road. Avoid Jet at all costs - he will no longer earn my custom for petrol or anything else.

Considering the number of packagers I leave here and pick up late the cashiers are extremely patient and kind. They also have petrol which is how people powered their automobiles before they realised they were destroying the only home they had. In your future all Jets become museums but remain as Hermes drop off points too, they’re really popular.
