We are in the middle of pandemic! There are no gloves provided at the pumps, no hand sanitisation facilities available and no toilets to wash your hands. The guy at the shop abruptly refused to put gloves out or provide sanitiser for the customer's.

It's okay, it has petrol drink and snacks, but like all patrol stations the snacks are way overpriced.

Friendly staff, polite and helpful. A bit pricey but you pay for the convenience. Always treat their customers with respect. Happy to shop there

Parked and bought a bar of chocolate walked 20yds to another shop that sells specialist honey. Was literally 3 minutes and remember I had used their shop to buy chocolate etc and received a parking fine of 60 pounds. I will never buy petrol or anything there again terrible business policy

Normal petrol station but these Indian dudes can be quite rude and arrogant sometimes especially if you look poor and didn’t dress up nice they think you will shoplift. Then they look at you fill up diesel for £15,000 bmw £100 quid full tank then change their behaviour towards you… so treat the poor rudely and rich with respect? Typical behaviour from back home not impressed with my people acting this way…very biased and materialistic customer service it seems they need new staff tbh

The overnight staff are usually extremely rude and disrespectful. There is never anybody available when needed, so as a result you usually have to wait quite a while for them to even notice that somebody is waiting to be served. They act as though it is a massive inconvenience to them. I cannot comment on service during the day as I have only ever been there at night.
ETA: I went here a couple of days ago at 11:45pm to buy cigarettes. There was a small sign in the window saying the tills were closed for 30 minutes. There were a lot of people inside. A customer outside was trying to ask when they would be open again (30 minutes from when?) and they were ignoring him completely. I eventually got an answer that they would be open in 25 minutes. As I went to leave a guy pulled up to put petrol in his car. The workers inside allowed him to fill up then, when he went to pay, he saw the sign saying they were closed. So he was expected to wait 25 minutes to be able to pay for his fuel. They could have turned the pumps off, put signs on the pumps, or had someone letting people know they couldn't pay straight away. Such lazy, inconsiderate staff!

Good town centre petrol station with a reasonable priced shop. E5, E10 and diesel fuels easily available.

Staff are very rude. Apart from that you can get most items you need but more expensive.
