Used the click and collect service, however due to a refit underway, unable to collect parcel until a week later! No notification, yet still offering the service. Now can’t give a birthday gift.

Can a manager or senior of this garage give me a contact number ASAP please regarding your fuel. I believe you have an issue with it as my car is running rough ever since I fuelled up at your station 2 days ago. I am looking to resolve the issue more than anything so other cars don’t get the same. I appreciate mistakes are made so please get in touch by way of response

Drive 20 miles after finishing work to fill up here as I’m a ShellGo+ customer. Arrived here with my petrol light on and there’s no petrol! Went in to ask and just received a dismissive response. I wasn’t happy as this is the ONLY station I use!

They are fine but I don't understand why the garage is promoting the Shell Maverick Top Gun competition but , both times when I have bought qualifying fuel, they say they don't have any of the cards with the entry code numbers so you can't take part. Sounds like misleading advertising or am I missing something ( literally)?

The only petrol station in the area where to find high grade petrol, if you are going to Mallory park race track stop here to fill up.
They also found my wallet and helped retrieved it.

Usually a friendly place to buy petrol and shop. Today handed in a parcel for Collect Plus service. Whole process was completed without a smile or a word by a bored grim faced assistant. Parcel casually thrown into a skip. My pause when the receipt was handed to me was a reluctant "Thank you". A need for staff training here I think...............

I was served by a man named Khalid, he was wonderful and really brightened my day. He had a brilliant attitude, and made me and my partner feel welcomed. He was very friendly and easy to get along with, he continued to smile the whole time. Keep up the good work, you're doing great.

Car wash good here but would not accept legal UK banknote. Northern Irish and Scottish notes are still legal tender and should not be refused.
