Staff very rude. Took five minutes to authorise the pump. Then had an issue with a card payment but due to an issue with my internet banking app I was unable to transfer money to another account. Asked for the form to fill in and was told that there wasn't one and that I would have to leave my phone as security. Not going to happen. Cashier then started complaining that he was busy and didn't have time to watch me. He then tried to tell me that I could in fact leave my details, but given his attitude, I don't trust him with them. No LPG either.

So many workman/labourers walk in and not one of them wearing face masks - this was pointed out to the male staff (African Origin) behind the counter who also was not wearing a mask - he just laughed and said “oh yes I should ask” and then carried in laughing and allowed all the people not wearing masks to continue in the shop. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

Just had a great experience charging my electric car at Shell Hop Oast, Horsham. Lovely staff member even gave me a free hot snack whilst I waited.

Easy to access from the A24, multiple pumps, and a little Waitrose inside the kiosk offering a good range of groceries.

This has to be the best fuel stop in the country. The shop stocks pretty much everything but more importantly the staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful.

It seems coronavirus is joke for Shell staff. They are risking their customers' life. Staff members are not interested to stop anyone to enter who is not wearing mask. There were four customers and two staff members and only I was wearing the mask. Fuel prices are higher then others anyways to avoid this station.
