The guy behind the till is absolutely rude yet again that guy should not working if he can’t be nice to people HE SHOULD BE SACKED

Great staff, always willing to assist, warm welcome and a great selection of treats, snacks etc both hot and cold, open twenty four hours so handy for anything you may have forgotten from your weekly shop .sell alcohol to! Plus a cashpoint machine on forecourt that doesn't charge for any withdrawal.

Quick drive through, and a simple small shop for basic needs and location was easy to navigate, quickly find the suitable pumps and diesel to unleaded petrol as few petrol stations don't have super unleaded, but this one does. Again quick for basic needs like food orbit of small shopping, petrol on the go. Recommend a morning coffee for a large caramel top latte which is very sweet.

staff absolutely vile. i only go there if i absolutely have to....i would rather run out of petrol. the attendants are so rude. i went there 15/09/2021 (not been there for sometime but desperately needed petrol) There was a chap being served in front of me. The guy serving had a go at him for taking his card out too early. when the customer explained that the machine had instructed him to do so, the attendant shrugged and told him the machine was wrong. the customer then proceeded to apologise profusely, which i thought was unnecessary but it was met with pure disdain from the attendant. my turn. the attendant tried to charge me for someone elses petrol, which i 'obviously refused, it was only when the customer (whos petrol i was being charged for came in and heard)
no apology!! that was the absolute last time i am going to go there.....the worst customer service i have EVER come across!!! so disappointing as i work in retail myself and i would never treat a customer the way these guys do!! maybe some training would be helpful or a staff cull!!

Horribly rude staff!!

I was not aware that children can't stand next to you when you fill up petrol. I used to do that with my grandad and so just wanted to do the same with my daughter now that she is 6.

The attendant came out and started shouting at me, saying "you are a driver, you should read all signs" pointing to list of rules about 2 feet above my head. He continued his rant to which I was left in shock and my daughter a little scared.

I will not be going there again.

Dreadful staff. Sunday 05/09/21. We stopped late at night, didn't need fuel but just wanted to buy some bottled water as it had been a long journey and we were all thirsty.
No, fuel only. To top it off he then pointed at the 24 hours sign and said "not everything 24 hours, only fuel" and laughed at us. Will not be using again.

I was running out of petrol and needed a place to fill up. Google maps took me to this place and I had a pleasant experience. It was a relief to fi d the place and we managed to get some drinks n snacks for the road. All in all a good place and I would go there again.
