Literally the worst customer service experience I have ever been through, EVER! 20 minutes of my time wasted, fobbed off, provided with a false receipt for my payment and made to feel like it was all of my creation. unable to pay on my fuel card and made to pay in cash to release me from my 20 minute nightmare. The cashier in fact made the mistake mixing pump payments up between customers! This was my second poor experience here in a year, always the night service though!
Always go BP over the road is my advice....they're worth the drive over, much much better, never an issue.

Usually okay but have had some bad experiences. Most of the time the staff are very depressed and can be rude like one never said a word to me while serving me and proceeded to look past me and talk to someone else behind me. One guy asked me to take of my helmet which is not company policy. Not sure if he was new and got told wrong info but kinda annoyed me as it made my time filling up take longer as he wouldn't activate my pump for a while. He was nice when telling me not to have my helmet on but I didn't argue as I guessed he was new or something. The places prices are kinda high sometimes. I always feel like they have a problem with me. Like they hate bikers or something, I don't expect them to be over joyed to see me but at least a smile or just even a little bit of communication. I know everyone has an off day but I have a job too which deals with drivers and they can be nasty and rude. but I always treat people with respect.

Staff here always rude, they take forever to verify the pumps so you’re stood there on a cold night for ages waiting to fuel the car. Never been served by anyone with a smile. Served by Clem tonight but was too busy talking through the speaker system to his friends outside the forecourt in their car to even make eye contact. This guy looks rough and needs to iron his work uniform as well as massively work on his customer service skills.

V power diesel needs to be cheaper.
Should be set a few pence more than standard diesel not 10+ p that's unacceptable..
I'd like to give shell a go but because of this I won't be.

Sad to see the profiteering going on big time here for the premium fuels especially.

they often don't have diesel and adblue, often something is broken. One day it asks to show fuel card, next day it doesn't, I don't understand the policy. I visited there every day.

Never known a garage like it always out of v-power or diesel always end up having to turn around and go to BP or tesco

Very poor service. We stopped st the Shell services to use the toilets,my wife had an upset stomach. The 2 attendants said they had locked the door and toilets could not be used. Turned their backs on us and would not listen. Fortunately Dominos on the same site were very helpful and allowed my wife to use their staff facilities.
