Great customer service i had from Luci, I personally think she is doing an amazing job under these difficult times especially due to her disability as she is deaf and relies on lip reading. I ask of other customers who does get served by her to have some patience and understanding for anyone in Luci's position. BE KIND. Keep strong Luci your doing a great job.

Two of the four customers in there this morning were not wearing a face coverings. I asked a member of staff why they were not being asked about it. It was made clear that they had no intention of doing anything.
The staff may not care about spreading viruses but as a customer, I do not appreciate being exposed to a higher risk than necessary.

Most staff nice, apart from to grumpy ones.
Fuel this morning gone UP £1.95 Per litre!

It's a regular BP store selling all the usual Marks and Spencer's overpriced products but whilst you expect it's a service station

Asked for a bag and a receipt at the harborough road BP and the miserable git serving was so rude actually said for god's sake so rude that's what he's there for to serve they need to learn manned and customer service 😡

They supposed to be open 24 hours but they're closed. I think there staff is doing what ever they want and they don't care I asked the guys that you supposed to be open 24 hours and they replied we got stolen some of the things that's why we have closed the door. But I think they need to check there own night shift staff first that if they are the ones who are stealing from the store.

I have been using this petrol station for the last 5yrs and always found the staff lovely.
