ESSO MFG GATTON POINT

Dodgy pumps that keep adding money after you've stopped using them. Happened to me 3 times now, mentioned it to the kiosk bloke who confirmed "yes they do it to everyone" and then proceeded to say I still have to pay the extra. Won't be going back.

I would give a negative star review if I could. This morning when there we were short changed on purpose by 'Pira' who when we handed him the 2 £20 notes he split it and put it in 2 different places in the till and then denied us the £10 change we were due as tried telling us we had only given him £30 when all we hd on us were £20 notes. He was extremely rude and abusive. We are frequent users of this station but will never use again and will warn others not too as well.
My recommendation is DO NOT USE AS THEY ARE ROBBERS!!!!
We will be complaining directly to management.

Poor signage meaning the pump I stopped at only had more expensive premium petrol. When trying to receive Nectar points, cashier said he'd already gone too far through the system to allow me to collect them without asking if I had a card, losing out on £60 of points.

On the 23rd of June at 11:45am I purchased some fuel and some food from MFG Gatton Point post code RH1 2JH.

I went to pay by contactless first for fuel and when the card machines requested for the PIN number entered my PIN. I then paid by contactless for my food too.

The cashier, Ashley, then told me that I was taking liberties by paying contactless and then walked away to the storeroom.

I was confused, went to the store room to ask him what he meant, he replied that I was taking liberties by paying contactless
as the payment wasn’t registering on his till when paying contactless. I am confused why I was singled out for doing this.

Toilet not for customer use even though it is marked male/female/disabled, told by very adament staff not for customer use.

Just had an awful time myself, I only wanted a drink, guy got me standing waiting for ages while he pretends to be working, counting the same things over and over, places 1 new pack on the shelf. Having trouble counting to 1, mate? I wouldn't be surprised at this store, I just walked off. Don't bother going here, just go BP Garage, better food, better prices, better service and get a nice coffee or something while you're there.

I needed to put air in my tyres, and the machine just kept taking the coins, even when you turn the nob to get the change back it wouldn't give it up. The attendant couldn't open the door to come outside and the machine didn't belong to the Esso petrol station. Come back at 6 they say am, pm. Like I have all day. Would not recommend this station for customer service.

Every 2 weeks I frequent this store after I get paid, I go and spend, 10, 15, 20 pounds on just food and drink. Every time the guy is rude, doesn't understand the words "Pastry slice." And always places a sign saying "No service for 10 minutes." Forcing EVERY customer to have to wait for him to DO HIS JOB, and SERVE CUSTOMERS. Tonight I waited 10 minutes, knocked ONCE and he refuses to serve me. A REGULAR, OVER-PAYING CUSTOMER. Don't go here.
