The absolute worst filling garage I have ever experienced!! Consistently rude, arrogant staff, always a queue due to permanently having most of their pumps out of use which has been the same for at least 18 months. No idea of what Customer Service means. Drive on by!!!!
And yet again a terrible experience at this garage, a grumpy looking, non communicative server and at least 9 pumps closed off with yellow/black not in use signs. Don't they pay their bills, this seems to be a constant! It results in ques of cars and frustrated drivers!

If you’d like grumpy service with the added benefit of contracting Covid-19 go here. Absolutely no effort made to implement any measures advised by the government.

I wore a mask and I was happy I did. I waited outside to be served as there were already 2 customers inside with no masks on in this tiny shop. Someone else came to stand behind me in the queue, also with no mask. There are no signs up for customers relating to Covid either.

Surly guy at the till wasn’t wearing a mask either and there’s no screen installed. While I waited outdoors he stared at me from inside like I’d lost my mind.

When I went inside the woman behind me came in too and the guy at the till said nothing. The place is so small it’s almost impossible to socially distance yourself from others.

If the place wasn’t so strategically placed I doubt anyone would frequent it as they very often have several pumps closed too and you can’t get a look in for petrol. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any of the staff smile ever and I’m a local who has lived here for just over 5 years.

Today was the last straw. I will make a special effort from now on to visit a different service station. This isn’t a game. People are dying. Avoid at all costs.

8th April 22,
BEWARE!!
This service station advertised on its illuminated sign petrol at 165.9 a litre, but Friday afternoon charged 180.9 for E10 lead free petrol, and 185.9 for E5.

I have reported this to Trading Standards to investigate further.

This is in the context of acute local petrol shortages in the Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard area. I believe this deliberate profiteering.

If you don't want to accept parcels don't hold yourself out as a UPS access point so folk won't waste their time.

Too busy being on the phone and watching something instead of doing his job as a cashier. Saying there is no correct change so asking him maybe I give him more so he can give change correctly but the reaction to this was throwing a couple maybe 4-5 5p coins on the desk in a very rude and disrespectful manner. He was 50p short.

Just avoid this petrol station at all cost

Avoid. Strange fuel station - only allow fill ups to £20 at a time. Had a really odd assistant in this station where he would only let me fill up £20 at a time, making me fill up three times and paying three times to get £60 worth of fuel. Such a headache... Will go to Lake Street BP in Leighton Buzzard (where they let you fill up all in one go... As it should be)
