Rude staff! Pulled in at 21:50.. station is supposed to be open until 22:00 (not 24 hours as stated on here) and the guy refused to allow me fuel. Waved his arms around saying he was closed.. went into the back office and turned all the lights off and left us in darkness. Terrible service from such a large company!

The morning staff are super friendly and always polite however the evening staff are rude and always seem to close early. On two separate occasions I have tried to get petrol at 9.45pm and been told no there closed. Online it states open 24hours so I am not really sure what the closing time is?

I have stopped using Shell service stations because they are by far the most expensive.
Top management and board, should be ashamed of themselves.

Sutha was very friendly, patient and helpful when i filled up tank but forgot my fuel card at home. Thank you
