unbelievable. the girl gave wrong change at 9.30 am today and said can not do anything for me now, I have to call back at 2.30 pm today so she can sort it out. Trouble me to phone back twice now, still not sorted out. I have to phone back again. When they have time to sort out can give the change to charity. Rude. Local but would not use again. bad

Always clean and tidy but pump prices are expensive. Since it's refurb the friendly regular staff have gone, see different cashiers now who are always polite but not as chatty.

Went to get petroll on 6/9/2020 ,.on the wlndow of shop it said masks are to worn. I went in with my mask on and noticed 2 customers with no mask on,i asked the assistant why ,the reply was it is up to them .WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH BLOODY RULES ,THAT THEY PUT ON WINDOWS?

Terrible experience. Air used to be free, ok so now we pay. Fine, but scaffolding means you can't actually get close enough to reach all 4 tyres. Money runs out before having time to turn the car around. Staff unhelpful. I NEVER complain but this was so petty, I'd already paid once, I shouldn't have to pay again.

Not too busy most of the time. Usual amenities and a small, but varied selection of snacks and other useful items.
