Called into this Shell garage today to fill up my daughters car with fuel! The young lady who served me is a credit to your company. ( blonde hair, it was about mid-day). She was warm & friendly and made conversation with all the customers, wishing them a good day :-). She chatted away to me and was so pleasant. Makes a change from the city stations where they hardly look at you! Being fairly local, I will be using the garage again. Please ensure she gets a gold star :-).

What a great bunch of staff, they are all friendly and make you feel welcome. Lovely hot dogs, great selection of well stocked snacks and drinks. We go there regularly just to buy a coffee and cake, even if we don't need fuel. 🙂

I would just like to say a massive thank you to the Manager of this petrol station who came to my rescue when I realised I had no idea how to put air into my tyres! It made me remember that kindness without judging is one of our most valuable assets - it's how we should always behave - a small act of kindness without expecting anything in return will stay with me - thank you.

I call in this station most days to refuel the truck I drive. The station including toilets are spotless and the shelves always well stocked.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming especially the young lady with the glasses who goes out her way to make every visit a pleasure. Thanks to all at South Brent Shell garage, best in Devon.

The pumps are okay not the best but the hot-dog was awful didn’t have one single bit in it.
The staff was asking me to put a mask so I put on and she told me that I was rude because of forgetting to put my mask one when I’m exempt.
Just this SHELL STATION WAS AWFULL AND THE WORST WAS THE HOTOGS

Wonderful service station! Helpful staff go above and beyond...helped me to fill my car with oil and the loos are spotless! Thanks so much!

Be careful not to eat their deli counter sausage rolls! I bought 1 today, 10 minutes down the motorway, had a bite into raw pork, tasted foul! How can this happen? If a child had the whole thing it'd be seriously ill.

Walk in to pay for fuel and greeted by nothing but attitude
"Where is your mask" I replied "I don't wear them" to which she said "Why?"

In the nicest way possible how is that any of your business? Are you even allowed to ask people that? You work in a petrol station!! wind your neck in a bit
