No fuel when pumping but still charged, told cashier wasnt interested, asked for a complaints form, no way to complain

The price for the fuel was good, but pointless when there is no fuel available (dec 2022) On the plus side they have Greggs and food available inside.

Loannis. I wanted to make a 2 payment with 2 different cards the system was down but he did help me out to make the payment. I am really satisfied with his customer service. He really know how to deal with his customer he’s really friendly and polite.

One of the cash machines (one next to the santander one), swallowed up my bank card. Avoid at all costs and do not use! There was not much the shop keeper could do and when I called the company to report it, they seem unbothered.
