Long cue of cars but fast turn over, slightly pricier than the other 2 petrol stations on the roundabout but the only one having fuel in the late afternoon.

The Little Waitrose at the Petrol station in Watford is the place, where are beautiful flowers any time you'd like to buy

not bad, car hand wash is very good but always out of service

This machine is out of order but they took them out for the sign off and it still doesn't work and they don't give you money back either.

Recommend do not go to Shell if you want to use there air or and vacuum.

there are 3 machines for tyre air but everytime no work.

I've been there to fill up my car with diesel
My car is fitted with 45l fuel tank
I travel from west Watford and warning light just coming g when arriving at station!
Surprised!!!
I filled with 45,7l !!
How could is possible??
Nothing on the floor, nothing on my car( fuel)!?!?
Someone take our money for nothing!!
Someone stealing from our pocket!!!

I wanted to point out a defect and positive about Shell Watford. My vehicle conked out at the petrol station, at 00:00 on the 28/02/2021. I was driving a Nissan and there was another lady in an Audi, who had also lost fuel all together. Unfortunately due to technical difficulties, Shell Watford was shut down for three hours from 23:30 to 02:30. This really put me off however I couldn't go anywhere. The two employees who were on site were extremely caring and their customer service was top notch. They made sure that we were comfortable and offered refreshments. They came out several times, I was impressed and why I always fill at Shell because, of V Power Fuels and their excellent customer service. I am a pilot in training with the CAE Oxford Aviation Academy, so I was on my way to Oxford from Watford. I appreciate their services and I hope this issue doesn't happen again, I rely on this station as I pass Watford to visit family and friends and also I just so happened to have quite a couple of vehicles being serviced at Beadles Jaguar Land Rover Watford so I was in the area anyway.
