Generally good. A large petrol station so it's not often there isn't a pump free, although not all the pumps have super unleaded so sometimes those ones that do can be tied up.

Their petrol is always very competitively priced, and the staff are friendly and polite.

Pay at pump was installed relatively recently but there have been issues with it not working. On a few occasions it wouldn't accept our cards and now the option has been removed from the pump menu. Hopefully they'll get it fixed soon as it is a time saver.

The petrol pump I used didn't dispense a receipt so I decided to queue in-store for one. The assistant couldn't - or wouldn't - oblige. She told me to find an empty pump, insert my credit card and request a receipt. So I wasted my time queuing in-store, and I could have been queueing for even longer if there was no available pump. Not that the assistant cared. Hardly great customer service.

Sainsburys are suprisingly good for petrol, they have ultimate as well which is useful. Price is always very good, cheaper than tesco, local one in Staines has good car wash that actually cleans everything thoroughly. Some have a new pay system in which you do not need to go to the cashier, pay at pump so is good if you are in a rush.
Store inside does not have as many things as main shop and single drinks and snacks are a bit more pricy but have useful selection in their shop.
Cheapest quality petrol station :)

Petrol here is competitively priced when compared with major petrol brands, but always seems to be above other local supermarket and smaller petrol station prices. Morrisons is usually a penny cheaper and the new Asda station at their Sheerwater store is often 2 or 3 pence cheaper. It's often higher here than at the other Sainsbury's nearby, i.e. Bracknell, Burpham. They obviously think people in Woking can pay a premium on fuel. I only go here when I have a nectar money off deal voucher and I live 150m away.

Visited Sainsburys petrol garage on a Wednesday afternoon in February. It was fairly busy so we took advantage of the pay at the pumps option. There is a nice car washing area. The station is situated by a large Sainsburys and Homebase. The shop seemed well stocked. Easy access with plenty of pumps.

Great service inside. Pay-at-pump option which, if you're like me and don't want to have to wait in a queue or interact with anyone then you'll love it.

Kathleen at your Brookwood branch thinks it’s acceptable to tut at me at the self scanning machine because I didn’t understand how to use the device! She then also thinks it’s acceptable to publicity say in-front of a load of other shoppers (in a louder voice than normal ) them clothes you have at the back of your trolley I need to see you have paid for them.
Once I proved I did pay for them! She thinks it’s acceptable to throw them onto my food in my trolley and not hand them back to me, like
I did to her, so I can place them back hanging up.

Thank you for the humiliating and rude experience Kathleen, you have lost one shopper at your branch forever!

Maybe you should try and be kind or find another place of work where you dont have to deal with the public.
