Went to get coffee at 4.30am before work and I understand that the staff can't open the shop doors until a certain time but they could get the coffee for you 'costa' and pass it through the service hatch.

The guy doing the night shift just didn't care

absolutely unbearable customer service. the seller completely ignores the customer. works with a person as if I owe him money. does not turn on the column for 3-5 minutes, is he deaf or blind? or mocks ??

Train your people. I’ve just tried to fill my tank (at night). The fuel is not running so I ask the cashier: how do I do it?
He says: you have to pay first.
- I need a full tank, how do I do that?
-I DON’T KNOW.
I left, Shell lost a sale, I have to go elsewhere because they don’t know how to sell me fuel.

Why are the toilets always out of order?

Received parking CHARGE for SHOPPING at the Shell Select store & CLEANING my windows using the provided equipment there. Absolute joke. Money-laundering unexpecting customer. Its outrageous. Even spoke with member of staff who didn't mention such restriction.

Avoid this place. I recieved a fine for parking. I used the station to fuel up and then had a call for 10 minutes. I used their designated parking area after which I drove off. Day light robbery.

Very rude staff they ask me pay first i don't how much oil in my car i am regular fill up the fuel in this station but very Disappointed. I never use this station again shame of you guys .

Queued for 10 minutes to go out my way yo try and treat the car to some of their Super Expensive dino juice just for it to be coned off in the middle of the day, won't bother ever again
