Thousands! I advise you - for dispensers for refueling, My Honda has a 50-liter tank - arriving at the station I had about 6 liters of fuel in the tank, after refueling the car according to the distributor entered 51.26 liters. The counter cheats in favor of the station - 5,26 liters !! Never back there !! Cheaters !

Filled up on petrol here. Some pumps were out of order but there want many cars waiting when we went.

Reasonable prices on inside. Higher than the Norm as you’d expect. Costa coffee machine inside. Staff were quick to serve.

Toilets smelt horrid but were clean.

Terrible. After refilling the tank of diesel for £162,99 I asked if they can help me to check and refill the tyres, because I couldn't do it. The answer from the person behind the counter was he doesn't have a car and he doesn't know how to do it. I asked if the other employee could help me but the man behind the counter also said he doesn't have a car.
Completely unprofessional. He didn't show any interest of helping me.
I never met a person so uninterested to his work.

It's a Shell petrol station...pretty standard as it goes..

The jet wash is always out of action.
Now they say the equipment works but they can not generate tickets to use the jet wash !!
The never-ending jet wash issues at Shell Chorleywood.
At least put up a sign so that people know it's not working before they park, enter the shop, join the queue and be told it doesn't work.
Who runs this place?

For the 6th time in a row the jet wash ain't working I have to keep going to Denham shell which is 10 minutes off route please fix this

Jet wash is often out of order. The staff couldn't care less. Never an apology offered. No one can be bothered to barrier off the Jet Wash area or put out-of-order signs up. Very poor service.
