Top quality fuels, friendly staff

Had a problem with the car wash before even asking for help a friendly member of staff was already coming over to help. This was whilst the forecourt and shop looked busy. Definitely good customer service.

Toilets are absolutely disgusting. Dirty tampons and tissues all over the floor. Floor covered in water/urine. If it wasn't for the fact that I was absolutely desperate to use them, I wouldn't of. When I told the lady on till about the state of them her reply was "yeah well we've had about 10,000 people come through here today and we don't have a cleaner". I thought that response was rude and unnecessary. Definitely wouldn't use this garage again - Customer service is non existent.

10.8.22 Unleaded price here 5p higher than Shell in Northdown road.

Amazing experience

More expensive fuel than every other station locally.

Staffing issues means long queues both at pump/tills sometimes (this was happening even pre covid) less bad in the morning when the ladies are workin on wildbean.

Lost count of times recently I've gone to fill up/purchase in the evening post 7pm, only to find the entire forecourt entrance and exit coned off and the shop doors closed, apparently for restocking(despite your opening hours stating differently). So I went to another garage...

A good facility, but needs better management of queues, i.e. more staff on tills when a queue is visible, as vehicles spill out on to main road.
