Handy as it's 24 hours

No-one has any idea how to put money on the new Walrus cards!

Not 24hours as stated, VERY rude. Went at 5.15pm to use their collect plus service to return a parcel they were not welcoming and the first thing that was said to me was "how did I get in?"
To which I replied through the door , and was then asked the same question again, I replied the same and that "the door is open!"
He then indicated that there were cones out stopping cars from driving in and then was asked the same "how did I get it?" I then stated " I had walked!"
To this I said "do you want me to take my parcel away?" He then reluctantly took it .
Just very very rude , I had previously stopped using this petrol station for fuel as I was always told after filling up that their nectar card scanning machine was broke and could not receive my points , not a welcoming service at all.
