Good petrol stop off with a Shell select shop and Budgens.

Has an ATM machine, Costa express and plenty of pumps

Very clean toilets. Some lovely person has put alot of work into decorating them and keeping them squeaky clean! This garage also sells fresh healthy food and fruit which is very rare and greatly appreciated on a long journey. So They also sell alot of good quality branded stuff. ..AND the staff are really friendly and helpful.
I dont normally review places, especially not garages, but was grateful of somewhere so nice and clean to stop off at.

Had to get petrol and coffee but was not happy that the staff did not have masks on why??? I work and I think off over people by putting my mask on. So I take it Shell doesn't care about there costumes or staff??? One more thing Shell COVID-19 is no joke salt it out

The guy at the till refused to serve me as I forgot my mask in the car... had to go back and pick my mask of so I can pay contactless at the till.. funny bit is that he didn't have a mask at all so I asked him "what about your mask mate?" Apparently the shell employees dosen't have to wear one 😂😂😂 they are immune to covid 😂😂😂 happend today around 5pm...

Pulled in to get my company vehicle Jet washed, I was purely on a mission to do this as it was truly filthy as I got stuck in mud on Ashdown forest, anyway pulled up to the jet wash, it was busy..queued and paid the cashier for my Jet wash, went to van and sat and waited a good 10 plus minutes to wash it, about a month later received a fine for over staying..£100 yes a £100. I appealed which failed even though i produced the receipt for the reason i was there, i am not going to leave it there its daylight robbery, ive just lost my Mum so probably my mind wasnt completely on the ball what with work etc....i'll seek further guidance! But will totally boycott this thieving place! 20 minutes maximum stay beware !!!!

After a bad experience at the Travelodge the staff member who dealt with me was very pleasant and couldn't have been more helpful when I went back to ask for information. Thank you very much for helping me get summat out of the ordeal!

Got parking ticket via shells garages parking enforcement for cleaning out our car even paying to use there hoover plus buying fuel absolute disgrace definitely stay way if you don’t want parking tickets for using there stuff !
