Used the car wash, not at all worth the money. Didn't even clean the car and the doors. Just sprinkled water and stopped multiple times during the wash. Staff were reluctant even to listen to the complaints. Absolutely disgusting experience ever. Would recommend never to use the car wash ever again at this place.

Do not deliver your items here. They will not give them to you. They still have my item even though I have the delivery code. These people are bunch of thieves. Do not use this as a delivery depot.

Do not get anything delivered here. They will keep your parcel and either lose it or refuse to give it to you. Use another depot service.

Worse customer service I’ve ever had. Asking about a query regarding pay point and both staff decide to talk in there own language. Very disrespectful.

Jetwash foam not working. Cash refund not possible. They ask for personal details... Bad customer service. Avoid.

solid petrol station, competitive prices with the rest of hatfield and always have good supply. The shop itself is handy but can be a bit pricey compared to other local shops. Staff are usually helpfull and friendly although this is marked as a parcel drop off however they do not accept parcels for delivery.
