Question :- "What do i get whenever i go into the BP garage at Ashford, Middx?" -

Answer :- "The most polite, helpful and friendly staff imaginable", " each and every time i have been in there I am refreshingly reminded that my custom is welcome and my faith in great customer service revived.....thank you". I am not someone who generally takes time out to write this sort of thing but I promised myself I would when I went in last week and the experience was as pleasing as ever. Obviously there is some great training going on here.....................keep it up.

Functional but nothing special. A good range of M&S foods and drinks though

We went to get our car washed and the person at the desk said it was not working. There is no sign which is annoying to say the least and the car wash lights are on!!! We then asked where is the next car wash in which he was unable to advise.

Not cheap fuel....

Sainsburys is cheaper

I’ve given this BP 4-Stars as it’s very handy being a mix of BP + M&S food plus it has a lot of pumps on the forecourt for your filling pleasure!
It’s not got a 5-star review because sometimes the staff can be quite rude. Recently I’ve filled up, walked in and was stood in front of the chocolate deciding what to buy when the cashier kept shouting at me “Yes”… “Next”… “Yes” over and over. I got quite annoyed, don’t rush me!!!!!
No need for that at all, what difference is it to him!
The forecourt has both a drive-thu automatic car wash, and a DIY Lance + brush.
Tyre pump, car vac etc

Very cool gas station with an amazing car wash and cool stuff that it is selling. No issues so far and always get the fuel.

If you fancy a great hot chocolate then this is your place, bloody lovely. Never overcrowded. Always clean. Staff are really friendly.
