Good experience here with pleasant friendly staff limited food shop but it has all the essentials. Costa Coffee machine in the corner and car maintenance shelf next to some magazines. Outside free air and water next to a payable vacuum cleaner. The fuel pumps are fast delivery which sometimes clicks out too early. The automatic car wash has always been working when I've filled up but I have never used I prefer hand washing my car.

Tried to pay for fuel at the pump, but the number 10 pump wasn't working. You could press the pay at pump button, then after waiting a little it took my club card, then nothing, it froze. Tried to get the attention of someone working in the shop, but they didn't notice me. I carried on to the next pump and it worked. Ease of use is ok when it works.

Awful service! Only 2 pumps were working. Had to reverse the van into the pump in one way system. After filling up the pump refused to print a receipt. Went to the cashier asking to reprint it for me. He said it's nothing he can do atm and I have to come back later today from London all the way down here to get it. I managed to figure myself I can print it on other pump just inserting the same card. Cashier didn't know that. Useless staff!

It's an average standard of service. Most times the staff have been competent and efficient when I hand them my fuel card, however I have started to have more and more PFS colleagues struggle to charge my fuel card correctly. Training needs to be improved.
Also, the air and water facility is very over priced.

Only a few of the pumps had fuel when I visited. Long queue for those that were working. Staff were friendly, but only one person in kiosk which meant there was also a queue to pay as people wanted coffee etc.

Pay at the pump work pretty well. Hadn't had any problems or issues yet.

My fuel card can only be used in the kiosk, but some pumps are pay at pump only but you can't tell until you've queued and get to the pump. How about a sign?
