Very Rude Staff and no parking space for customers.
I have been using BP as my prefered Fuel station since 2015 but was extremely disappointed with behavior of the staff when i asked them where i can park to withdraw money to pay for fuel, staff was untrained and were not willing to listen. Not seen any bad BP behaviour before.

The worst gas station I've had so far. Today I was at the car wash and the brushes stopped. Someone from the service came, he started kicking his legs and something moved there. He told me to reverse the car for this repair. I asked him what about my dryer and he did nothing , he ignored me and left. When later I went to him and asked for a refund because the car was not washed completely, he told me to pay again. Very unpleasant type. I will never refuel there and I will not wash my car.

Asked for help when I lost my car wash receipt after vacuuming my car. The rudest Pakistani/Indian cashier shouted at me asking what my problem was… Even the customer behind me just started at him… Unbelievable…!!!!! Avoid this place at all cost..!!!!

One of there male staff at till don’t even have basic manners how to talk with customers on asking simple questions, was very rude. They should learn how to talk with people who are coming in to pay for fuel. ill- mannered person.

Very bad service from nazir, as he spoke rudely to my wife I had to have a word, lady at till just pointed insinuating go to next till, no service at all. when I asked to see the manager he said there is none, wot a joke, wheres the health and safety.I have worked at petrol stations for 5 years and never did I speak to a customer the way he did. His apology was I said I'm sorry. Called numerous times but not picking up, most likely due to the fuel shortages that a station doesn't have a manager on site. Stick to paying via BP app to avoid rude and horrible staff.

I use the garage every day as I'm a Chauffeur. I arrived here at 1215 30/06/21 for adblue today. I pulled along side the pump. The pump would not dispense. The guy behind the counter came over the stations speaker's. I was told I was on the wrong side of the pump even though I had the hose in my car. I got the other hose but still no dispense. I went in to be told I was on the truck side. I was shouted at that I was on the wrong side???? The guy was angry and abrupt. He shouted move to pump 3? I was so confused? The taxi guy before me had just used it???
I went to move round but it was busy. The guy behind the counter clearly had a problem with me individually!!!????
I've used the pump many times before. I went back later to fill with fuel. He said I owed 14p. Adblue?? I asked his name and he walked off. This guy is prime example of today's very poor/non excistant customer service. He has never met me before????? He could not care any less. I was shocked!! I haven't experienced this behavior before to be honest. Whats the difference between me and the guys before?

Greeting of customers????? No such thing for me! I got greeted with a “yeah” while the lady behind me was greeted with a very enthusiastic “HELLO” and a smile I might add! Fine...she was pretty with a vest top and long hair whereas I looked like I just got out of bed but still, I’m sure I deserved more than a rude “yeah” MEN!!

It's my local petrol station & was disappointed to to see signs at pump asking customers to go inside & ask for gloves or paper towels before filling. Went inside to get one glove, & there was a que of customers at the till & only 1 cashier. I filled up without any gloves as I was in a hurry.
Will not recommend or use this site . Have been a customer here for over 10yrs😡
