I'm disabled so have to toot or draw attention to be served. The lady assistant this afternoon was smiling, patient and kept her cool as crotchety drivers piled in behind us. She also picked up some milk for me as she processed my card. Excellent service much appreciated.

Lots of pumps, generally little or no queueing, pay at pump or in kiosk, air and water machines. Don't go near on Christmas Eve or just before all major holidays - queue from the Superstore means leaving the estate afterwards can take 30 mins.

It's a very simple concept , you basically put fuel into your car and then pay for that fuel. You can pay with cash or with card. Tbh it's the same thing that I have come across time and time again. Its important to note that you must terminate your cars velocity and vacate your car before even thinking about replenishing your fuel supplies.

Rude customer service.. unnecessarily patronising. There’s a way of helping customers without talking down to them! For reference, two ladies doing the day time shift on 28/06/22.

Horrible and disgraceful customer service wouldn't allow me to buy a Red Bull even though she saw that I was driving a car and that I showed her my ID. Never felt so humiliated, she really needs the sack. Next day I go there and buy one no problem.

Good amount of pumps so you don't have to wait normally, also is quite well priced on Momentum fuel usually. Right next to the supermarket so is convenient to get to and is just off the main Oxford ring road. Never had a dissapointing experience so would recommend if in the area.
