I bought £30 of diesel ( definitely diesel out of the black pump marked diesel and diesel on the receipt) at this station today on top of £10 worth already in the tank and the car immediately became gutless and wouldn't go above 50. Went to the gas station at Barton Mills and filled it to the brim with diesel and immediately the car regained power though not to 100%. Tried to ring the garage and could not get through. Will never use this garage again!

Very nice clean Shell station. Toilet is spotless unlike some of the other fuel stations. Staff are very friendly and polite. Also the shop is stocked up with all sorts of bits and pieces. There is a cash point outside along with one of those amazon locker things.

The crew that work at this shell station are fab they realy do go the extra mile Myia is always so polite and happy and nothing is ever a problem thank you Myia for being there my mother will only fill at this station as she says the team in there are like a breath of fresh air

Generally very good but last visit the older grey haired gentleman behind the till delayed switching pump on due to chatting and then continued chatting to people ger knew telling stories, not very proffesional. When asked to hurry up he was blunt and not customer focussed.

We met the manager today and he was so friendly and helpful with our motocross bikes tyres. Much appreciated.

Beware! Money frauder, manager rude, sassy, refused to resolve problem and give money back, was charged 2 times for the same transaction, staff incompetent or dishonest and frauding money on purpose, reported to shell
