Friendly staff. It is also a Collect + parcel drop off shop. However, it does not accept parcels between 10pm - 6am even though the petrol station itself is advertised as open 24hrs. If you want to drop off a parcel, be sure to arrive before 10pm so not to waste a trip.

Seems to have an issue with the click and collect/Ebay collection point service. Sometimes they refuse to take perfectly labelled parcels. This then leads to additional costs for reposting.

I'm going to stop using this location for such things.

The petrol isn't that reasonable either.

The only good thing about the location is the independent car wash.

Good petrol. But just like the rest of country prices to Hi.....

Wouldn't let me fill up with fuel unless I paid first, not quite sure how I am meant to guess how much a full tank is going to cost me.

Scene of accident, staff would not help or offer managers details for ctv footage. Rest of staff suddenly do not understand when asked to be witnesses

I visited this Esso in the evening and the tyre inflation machine wasn't working correctly, it shutdown less than a minute after I put my £1 coin in. I called the person working in the shop over and noticed that the head of the tyre inflator which attaches to your valve wasn't screwed in. After that was tightened he advises me to put another £1 in and said try it again. I was happy to do that, but I'd already put a £1 in, so asked will you refund me my £1 and he said yes. So I put the £1 in and now that the inflator was holding pressure it did work due to the head being tightened. His response to this was, the machine works now so it's not his problem and refused to refund me the £1.

I was absolutely disgusted by his attitude and the fact that he made out like I was at fault even though I showed him what was wrong with it. Esso you really need to watch the type of people you hire as the person working on the evening of 20th October 2022 at 10.35pm is not fit to face the general public.

The petrol is relatively cheap there.

Can get busy but staff are quick and efficient.
