Sainsbury's Petrol Station

So clean , friendly staff and they do the best pizza which they will cook for you while you shop, which I recommend! I prefer Sainsbury's as their fresh fruit and vegetable seem to last a lot longer than any other supermarket locally

Therefore always busy.
Choice at pump to pay at pump or use kiosk.
Staff interact well with consumers, patient when someone is struggling.
Extra Staff put on tills for queue busting.
Prompt about nectar card to all customers.
Spacious shop, well lit clean & tidy.
Has car wash.
Water dispenser.
Tyre pressure pump for customer use.

Extremely rude lady who served me today. Forgot my card. Explained multiple times all I needed to do was go back home and get it. Came back an hour later and paid it after 30 minutes discussion and wasting my time. Absolutely poor communication skills. It seemed like she didn’t want to fill the form out :/

very busy petrol station in daytime took around 15 minutes to get round and to fill up and isn't that greatly planned out considering the amounts of traffic volume they receive, best to go on evenings when quiet

I fueled my car for £15.- I saw on my bank app that I was charged £100,- not a problem, but they have taken the actual amount but 2 days later still not re-emburshed me for the remaining £85. This is normally considered theft. Not likely to use self-serves or the Sainsburys petrol station again.

Large forecourt and plenty of space. Availability of gloves can be hit and miss. All pumps have pay at pump option. Free air.

Large clean for court. Always good fuel prices. Nice friendly staff and well stocked store.
