Sainsbury's Petrol Station

Easy access and exit to the premises in the evening but can be very busy during day. Went in yesterday (Saturday evening) but found the shelves were quite bare so could not even buy a loaf of bread. Considering there is a large store next to it, was quite disappointed as I only wanted to purchase petrol,bread and milk and not having to go into the main store itself.

This is the easiest Petrol Station in the area to access. Vehicles (usually) flow in and out from the pumps without too much delay.
Similar to the staff in store, they are polite, friendly and always willing to help.
The excel with the way they are available to help disabled drivers like myself.
Finally, they are the best fuel prices in the area. ..... ALWAYS

Amazing staff during the crisis. I’m a reg at this store and it’s the staff that are brilliant. They have got it well organised and do it with great humour. Trolleys are wiped down as are hand held scanners. Store did suffer earlier from stock issues until it all settled down, but now it’s all good. In difficult times they have sorted out queue system and it is well managed. Space in store is therefore really good as they only allow a few in at a time once a few leave. Still a few dummies that cannot sort out distancing but hey ho! We all need to remember that there are a lot of people that are working together to help the public and retail staff are part of that effort.

With my mind on other things I inadvertently began to fill my car with the wrong fuel. When I went into the kiosk to pay I was correctly advised not to start the engine but to call a breakdown service. Whilst I was contacting my breakdown cover, Wendy, the cashier came out to my Car, put cones behind to block off the aisle and keep me safe, offered me a coffee and use of the staff toilet. Outstanding customer service. Thank you.

I went in. And one of the items I love is French bread and its 14:45 didn't have any and they close at 10pm so I decided to all my shopping back and walked out. They still have over 7 hours. Absolutely terrible for a shopper.

Nightmare.Always been here for petrol.
Last twice queing. There has been removal of 8 fuel pumps. WHY ?
If changes,whish there was a notice on fore court.

Never too busy staff always friendly and helpful. Why is Crystal Peaks Sainsbury's petrol 5p cheaper than Chesterfield? Always!!
