Just want to mention the rudeness of the clerk at ESSO in relation to collect + point service. Mr Genesh clearly does not know how to use the system. Never scanned my bar code, just checked my ID and announced that the parcel was not here. No explanation or begging to look elsewhere made him bulge. He just kept a smurk on his face and served other clients then he simply told me to come back another day. He was rude, did not know how to deal with collection and frankly despicable. I have never experienced this with collect + point in other places. So I am flagging the individual as he is a poor representative of the service and should get training (manners would be a bonus).

The indian guy at the counter was extremely rude and after I filled up my car with the fuel and was cleaning my car front screen as it was dangerous to drive with the leaves sticking on my screen he threatened me that I will get a parking ticket if I don't move my car from the pump. It is customer services at its worse I will avoid esso pumps in future and will definitely not return to this pump ever again.

Have been there 3 times to pick up 2 CollectPlus parcels via different couriers. They don't seem to know what they're doing. Avoid if you want actually want to receive your parcels.

The short guy behind the counter was extremely rude. Told me to and i quote “fuck off out the way cos customers”. I when i managed to pay he asked if i wanted my receipt and i declined, he then said and again i quote, “fuck off”. Made it worse that he had a smug smile going on too.

Maybe a bad day but the right side pumps were not working. There was a queue to get to the pump and some people were leaving without getting the fuel they wanted. For me, not a good experience as I had to try three pumps before getting fuel. I have been there before and there has been no problem, so A first time of an issue.

Went to drop off an Asos return using the collect + service that I had organised on the app, Ali who was working there refused to put it through saying there is an error because my parcel was delivered with hermes?? Which makes absolutely no difference considering he needed to scan my collect+ returns barcode which would print a new label and considering that esso provides that service and I had used the service here before with Asos and the lady working at the time did it for me with no issues. I told him he wasn't understanding what he needed to do and he had a go at me saying he has worked there for 6 years and then completely brushed me off. I asked if there was anybody else that was working that could help me and he said there wasn't. Appalling service from Ali and I am really disappointed considering I made the trip specially. Something that should have been really quick and easy was made into a big hassle and I left upset and still holding my asos returns. Perhaps Ali needs some training in collect + and DEFINITELY in customer service.
