9:29pm and you can’t go in to the store to use the toilet after driving for 4 hours. Attendant wasn’t bothered or helpful. Never one to complain but massively disappointed. You should state on your website when the facilities are closed.

The facilities were clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee was good. I was somewhat amused to see that the old diner that is adjacent to the service station which looked as though it had once been a Little Chef had now been turned into an Adult Store.

HORRIBLE
We had never seen worse service in life like at this petrol station. The uneducated cashier who was a young boy was talking / listening to music with headphones at a time when he was serving us,which he was not allowed and was doing a very very slow service and he threw the cigarette badly into the box and after that so he pulled out his middle finger many times in front of me and my husband . I was very disturbed and disappointed with that service tonight.

The cashier was not wearing a mask here today and wasn’t asking that his customers did either.
He then got stroppy with my pregnant GF because she wanted to be served at the hatch. Absolute disgrace.

Lovely service, nothing spectacular about the whole experience. There isn't much I look for when buying petrol from a petrol station.
The prices are always slightly higher than your local supermarket but that is always expected.

Shell fuel stations in my opinion are generally very good.

However I came across a rude Indian member of staff at this station called vijay (I went on Tuesday) who gave me a dirty look when I went to the till. He also didn't offer me my receipt until I asked for it twice. He seemed iritated at me for asking as well.

I only asked for a receipt for the sake of my job as evidence or they won't pay my petrol expenses. Not so I could be a nuisance.

Way over priced for petrol and diesel. This outfit has been scamming customers every chance they can.
Always raise price on scare mongering and not based on actual price of crude.
Scammers getting away with price gouging.

I stopped off at this services when i picked up my son from walsall and travel along the A38.

My tyre light came on and i needes to check the air in the tyres. The machine required £1 and i had no change on me so i went in asking if i could purchase something on my card and ask for the till be rung so i can obtain £1 back. The cashier blankly refused saying thats not what they do here.

As a resuly i tore the wall of my tyre and had to wait for the AA to come out amd assist. With a 6year old in the car on a busy stretch of the A38!

Zero customer service skills.
