Wouldn't give me and my girlfriend some warm water when it was really cold and the fuel cap had frozen shut! We had to drive home and sort it out, decided after that to go use another petrol station near to Penkridge.

Been twice in 4 weeks BPMe app still not working. You’d think it’d be fixed in 4 weeks. Looks like I’ll be downloading the Shell app instead.

SERIOUSLY. BP have raised the price from £1.80 per Lt yesterday to £1.90 per Lt. today.

The price of oil fell yesterday so the only logical reason for increasing prices is exploiting the terrible situation in Ukraine to their own ends.
IF A COMPANY EVER NEEDED BOYCOTTING ITS THIS ONE.

Along with the ESSO garage just a few hundred yards away from here they are the highest price in Wolverhampton. THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS it's amazing how efficient they appears to be . They are able to buy oil at its highest price, process it through the refineries and get it to the garage forecourt all on the same day. TODAY THEY HAVE INCREASED THE PRICE TO £1.80 per Lt. Their prices have risen 30p in2 weeks.
They must think that we are all stupid. I must admit that those who continue to buy from them are.
They did exactly the same when there was a suspected fuel shortage, Their forecourt prices shot up again with no justification other than opportunistic profiteering. My advise is turn around and find somewhere else, it's bound to be cheaper.

Obviously we are having problems with the fuel went to my local shell garage they had no fuel ( but have fuel today should have waited) but when you need fuel you go to the next garage, on entering bp Station on Stafford Rd didn't know which one to use my son went to service desk and the sales operator who was very arrogant and very disrespectful pointing his fingers to the window and tell my son unleaded was £2+ and so we when to Esso station by m54 and they had fuel while filling another person who had just been to the same BP station for diesel spoke to me about the bad customer service he had just received and he said that there was NO out of stock NO DIESEL NOTICE on the pump and the sales operator who gave him a mouth full, IS THIS HOW THEY SUPPOSE TO TALK TO A PAYING CUSTOMER THIS ACTIONS IS WAY OUT OF ORDER.

Bp that puts it fuel prices up before anyone else
Small shop that could do with being a premier store
Hgv pumps always taken up with cars or vans, so hgv’s cause a que whilst waiting for pumps
No customer toilets

I had been to put diesal into my car all was fine I paid Intill I went onto the motorway and realised the diesal hadn't even come into my car so I went back after multiple tries trying to ring them no answer I asked for my money back because I had not received any diesal they tried blaming it on my car and they even tested it nothing came out he hadn't had even authorised it
I didn't get my money back, won't go there again

Absolute rip off of a petrol station. Always the highest prices in Wolverhampton, avoid this place
