The staff are great, the forecourt is large and keeps you dry. The vacuum is a bit asthmatic but the two types of car wash / jet wash are good. The shop has had a refit recently and looks smart.

I have been a shell customer for years, I collect the points and convert them into avios, I currently have 26,000, they haved decided to replace their rewards scheme so the points system is going. I was informed of this earlier in the year it was explained and they put a green dot on my card.
Most times I go in all the staff just let me swipe the card and then I go. but there is one member of staff that tells me every time I go in that it is ending despite me telling her every time I know. Today was the last straw I couldn't take any more from this woman, to me she is the chinese water torture.
So shell management if you are reading this let it be known unless its an emergency in the middle of the night (as you are 24 hours) I will not be bringing my business here again. I will put my £2,000 a year fuel use in any other garage but yours.

Friendly staff, easy to fill up during this difficult time by using the app to pay at the pump and good location. Brilliant range of refreshments and food and bonus getting the points on the loyalty scheme for money off petrol and other bonuses.

Always good service and living nearby I'm pleased it is open 24hrs as I'm often home from work late. Very handy too if I need essentials like milk or bread.

Coffee is OK. A convenient location. Good stock of general groceries. Petrol a tad expensive and would never fuel here unless I was desperate.

Watched in astonishment as the staff were incredibly rude to a customer, not going here again.

Staff always great, recently had the new pumps. Don't come here because of price, but it's reasonable.

Usual garage fayre. Some good deals but generally paying for the convenience. Very clean and well maintained toilets.
