Parked a few minutes to get a car-wash code, queued half an hour to wash my car, spent some time drying the car and left. 10 days later I got a £100 fine because I spent 63 minutes on the ground... Place to avoid!

Update: I contacted the BP helpline that cancelled the fine after I provided the receipt of my purchase. I gave it one more star but still think their rule of 30 minutes only frustrates their clients.

Some really fast EV chargers which is great! Shame one of them took my money £15 and then gave me an error code so no charge. I didnt realise it took my money so tried it again, leaving me with 2 x £15 charges on my credit card.

Also I tried another charger that did work really well but I got billed another £30 + the actual electricity consumed which cannot be right!! PLEASE HELP REFUND. THANK YOU.

Manager even worst
Payed 3£ for air that i put in the car because the pump was faulty and they haven’t sign it as faulty
Refuse to pay the 3£ and the manager still had it to the bill not even bored to do something about it
Now if u like to fuel up your car with air the best place to do it

The staff who work at night . Been very aggressive and disrespectful. The old guy he is asian .swearing to the costumer. It’s not the first time . I got the video will post it in YouTube name and shame. BP Hammersmith

Disgusting service BP employees in this branch are refusing even disabled customers to use the toilets and they always hang an out of order sign on the door 24 hours a day and you can clearly see only station employees are using the key to use the toilet (( only BP station employees )) No human rights are practiced in this BP branch

Bad customer service the worst I ever seen if there is less than on star ⭐️ I would put it but unfortunately that’s the minimum

Absolutely garbage service
I paid for super car wash and when I finish washing my car it was still wet I told them your dryer It doesn't work they said yes because of the weather I told him so you should refund the money they told me no we don’t give money back the staff with manger just rude the least I can say about them
