Unleaded tastes good. Diesal is on par with shells has free air but so does the earth and free water but they don't like you drinking it. Please do not partake in the hot dogs as these are the most inedible things this station has to offer they are there to mark the Queens coronation and are still going strong best used to check your oil. Lady behind the counter was nice but I think she is being held against her will.

The fuel is very expensive and also the staff is very rude. He didn't give it to me my receipt so when I asked for, he was very rude and 'threw' my receipt to me......

I broke down on the garage forecourt. The managers and staff were lovely and really helpful.

Just had a weird encounter with an astonishingly rude attendant who refused to believe me that the air hose was faulty (only deflating before displaying an error code E-1 in the lcd window).

I only went in to inform them, with no initial intention of asking for a refund. But he refused to believe there was a fault, saying hundreds of other people had used it, but also refused my invitation to come and see for himself. Effectively, he was accusing me of lying. So I insisted on a refund, which he reluctantly gave me, but then told me not to come back, as I was leaving.

I'll be complaining to their head office.

Okay for car stuff like petrol and diesel etc. Could provide toilet facilities..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Very very poor customer service. I took a parcel in with a label for a free return. The man behind the counter misplaced the label and so the parcel was returned to my house. I rang up and was told that I couldn't be helped as the man on the phone didn't know who had been on the till at that point. He made no attempt to apologise or explain what I should do next. I went in the next day and was told there isn't anything that can be done, despite it being the fault of the garage that the label went missing in the first place. No apology or suggestion that they would cover the cost of posting the parcel back. Really disappointing experience.

Go to Oxford News in Gloucester Green instead - they have many of the same services and much much better customer service!
