Sainsbury's Petrol Station

This forecourt is always clean and tidy.
Fuel is priced well compared to elsewhere.
Staff are generally friendly and helpful.
The shop has plenty to offer.
Car wash, air and vacuum available here.
Pumps are well spaced out with the option to pay at kiosk or at fuel pump.

Very good , clean and well looked after station. It has been having the best prices in the area lately. Provision of gloves and also free water and air for the tires which is the reason I am giving it 5* as this is an indication that they have in mind the safety of the drivers and are not penny grabbers charging paying customers for a bit of air! Also a very convenient car wash at the back and a vacuum, but do remember to get a ticket for the vacuum from the kiosk.

Good fuel stop with plenty of pumps, still gets very busy during rush hour's regardless.
Lost a star because they scanned my BP voucher and failed to notice it didn't scan (I didn't check receipt until later so my bad too)

Expect at least a 25 minute wait for fuel here. If you arrive at end of day they will have run out. No staff trying to organise the queue of vehicles and blocking roundabout. People being foul and abusive due to the chaos.

£1 for 2L of water (branded as screenwash) in the Tyre pump machine. Most cars have a windscreen washer fluid capacity between 2.5-5L so how is 2L any good for anyone. You're charging £1 for 2L of water! Increase the water output to 5L and people will use as much as they need.

30p for air pump is reasonable but 1* due to the joke mentioned above!

Good price, polite staff and able to pay at pump. Only let down is no 24hr pumps,

02/10/21 (11.17am)...No queue. Went straight in. A very wet member of staff ( 🌧️) was coordinating cars to pumps. Great idea in this mad panic buying. Top marks Sainsbury's 😍😍...and thank you to the poor 'soaked' member of staff. Absolute star 🤗🤗

Call in on Wednesday afternoon to purchase £20 of diesel. Being that I'm a disabled driver I use the fuelservice app, on this day I believe that the app wasn't working, sometimes it can happen, I understand that.

But what I did find upsetting was I rang the petrol station and no one picked.

In the end I decided to go to Sainsburys Wednesfield, where I got 1st class service. I will think twice about using Sainburys Wolverhampton in the future.
