Not normally the kind of person to leave a review, even more so for service station, but was quite taken back by the attitude of a staff member.
He is either a manager or a security guard, for some reason dressed like a bouncer at a night lt club with a waist jacket on and shaven head.
Quite peculiar behaviour, talking down to me as well other customers like I haven't heard since primary school. Sarcastic and slightly aggressive sounding. In the time it took be to use the jet wash, fill up and get a drink I was approached twice my him telling me to move on like I'm some youth hanging outside a club.

Went for the first time to fill up there late at about 12.45am. Anyway the young lady what was working the night shift was so friendly,polite and pleasant to talk with. Will definitely be a returning customer all because of her excellent customer service skills.

Every shell garage needs the self wash car wash system. Absolutely amazing, cleaned my car to a great standard with 3 quid.

The manager is very rude .the looks like tall and fat .he don't know how to treat the customers .I think he need to take more training .he is not worth for as a manager.

Good store facilities and size, but terrible service. They insist on everyone getting out of the car before they'll let you use the fuel pump. Never in 20 years of driving has another petrol station made that request, including the Shell located directly across the road from this one. Also, the car wash water is cold and the vacuum cleaner is very poor. Won't be returning.

Filled up at this fuel station this morning and then parked in a parking bay clearly marked customer parking on the floor to be then asked to move by a member of staff so she could park her car there as its staff parking. I pointed out the painted sign on the floor saying customer parking and she said no it's staff parking. I can't get my head around why it says customer parking and the member of staff is telling me otherwise. Poor customer service just so she can park her car when there was other available spaces aswell.

Always a pleasant experience. Get what you initially need ( petrol) and much more!!
